Veronica Sacco is a MSc candidate in the School of Public Health & Health Systems at the University of Waterloo, under the supervision of Dr. Paul Stolee. She completed her undergraduate degree at McMaster University in the Arts & Science program. Her undergraduate honours thesis explored the illness narratives of persons with Parkinson’s disease and their caregivers. Veronica’s current research is looking at service providers’ approaches to working with older homeless adults. As a Student Connection Representative for the Canadian Association on Gerontology, she is also actively involved in organizing events for aging research at the University of Waterloo.
